I am unfortunately having to sell my dream. The work I have already done to this boat has been done with care and with no expense spared. The boat is a custom build from renowned narrowboat builders XR&D. The boat is 60FT long, with a 10ft front deck and a 5ft gas locker. The front deck has been split in two from the inside so half of the storage can be accessed from the outside whilst the other half can be got to from the inside. I asked for this so there is storage for the water tank and room for a washing machine to be fitted. The water tank has a capacity of 1000l. The boat will come with a lister JP2M and original gearbox, the engine runs fine and has no issues, and a propeller too. It is also partially insulated and has the flooring. Brand new portholes have been fitted and sealed in, as well as the new mushroom vents. Therefore the boat is waterproof from waterline upwards. The boat is also in primer along with blacking being done, and there is enough black left for another coat should you want to apply it. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
