Built by Pegasus Yachts of Lowestoft as a one off fractionally rigged cruiser/racer this boat is quick, easy to handle, and delightfully responsive. She is a joy to sail.
She will sleep four and has a simple galley with an Origo spirit stove.
Auxiliary power is from an inboard Volvo Penta MB2 50/s petrol saildrive with a two blade folding prop. The engine is working, but can be unreliable. An upgrade to an electric pod drive or small stern mounted outboard would be a useful upgrade.
She had an extensive sail wardrobe including a recent mainsail and genoa made by MacNamara sails which are in excellent condition, as well as various jibs, older sails and a large spinnaker.
She is in generally very good condition for her age, however there are a few things to tidy up and this is reflected in the asking price.
A true one off, this boat is based on a different hull to the standard Pegasus 700s, and as a result is a much quicker boat.
Currently in shared ownership she is not being used as much as she deserves due to other sailing commitments. This is an opportunity to purchase a very special boat on the Norfolk Broads.
