Classic cruising yacht. Built in Holland of strip planked Iroko on steel frames. Currently needs a new mast (quoted at £3000-5000 depending on company and construction), previous mast was wooden and the scarph joins were failing so it has been removed, all measurements available. She still has a wooden boom in good condition and staysail boom plus all running rigging, winches, mast steps etc and a full set of sails. Lovely yacht with a nice shape and very seaworthy. She has circumnavigated and sailed to the Arctic. Fully equipped with wind vane self steering, autopilot, solar panels, battery charger, inverter, radar, gps, AIS, Navtex, VHF dsc, spray dodgers, fenders, lines etc. She does have the frame for a spray hood but the canvas needs replacing. Fully equipped galley with 2 burner hob, grill and oven. Sea toilet. Double berth forward (or two singles), single berth in saloon and pilot berth, plus 2 sofas and folding saloon table. Engine is a Lister Petter 30 hp, recently serviced and running well. Full set of sails including 2 main sails, genoas, staysails and spinnaker. Marina berth paid until July 1st 2019. Strip planked Iroko that is edge glued making her very watertight and strong construction. Steel frames and an oak keel. Interior is all mahogany. Long keel suitable for blue water sailing with well protected propeller and rudder. Wheel steering.
Forward double berth that can be 2 singles in v form or made into a double. Upper single berth to port in saloon and single quarter berth plus 2 sofas in the saloon. Folding table, seatoilet, chart table and nicely equipped galley. Large hanging locker and lockers / draws throughout.
Solar panels on purpose built stainless steel frame, 220v inverter, 12/220v fridge, 2 burner hob and 2 gas bottles, cooking and eating utensils etc
Missing the mast but does have boom and staysail boom in good condition plus spinnaker poles, running rigging and loads of sails, including 2 main sails, spinnaker, genoas etc. All measurements from the previous mast are available for fitting a new mast. Quotes for a new mast have been in the region of between £3000-5000, depending on construction and company.

She has an EPIRB, VHF dsc (though the aerial was up the mast so it needs to be replaced in order to function properly), RADAR and AIS and two life buoys.
