Offers are invited for Water Music.
A good deal of work has been done on refitting the interior which is finished in an attractive white, black and grey colour scheme. This makes for a light and airy feel while still leaving scope for a new owner to put their own identity to it.
Some additional time will be required for completion.
Although a traditional stern narrowboat, Water Music features the distinctive generously-sized stern deck typical of a Mick Sivewright built boat.
Entering through the stern doors, there is a locker area with useful cupboard and shelving.
Stepping into the main body of the boat, half-glazed doors lead into the recently refitted bathroom. Inside is a WC, vanity unit with hand basin and a glass shower cubicle.
Forward of the bathroom is the sleeping cabin with a fixed double bed.
This leads in to the open plan galley / saloon.
The galley is well equipped with an electric oven, 4 burner gas hob and 240v fridge.
There is a stainless steel sink inset into the worktop under which are storage cupboards. There is also a washing machine
Side hatches to both sides of the can be opened for more light and ventilation.
The saloon area features a solid fuel stove centrally positioned and at the fore end there is a cupboard either side, one of which has a LCD TV.
It is fitted with loose furniture including a futon which provides for a further temporary double berth.
Some over plating of the hull has been carried out in the past and there is a survey from 2013 which can be made available to view.
Please contact Hilperton Marina for more information or to arrange a viewing.
