SALOON with dinette set to port with opposite facing bench seats and table; below the forward and aft bench seat is storage; good sized opening side windows and an open plan cabin forward gives this area a superb view to the outside whilst seated. The table converts to a full size double berth.

COCKPIT with essential engine instruments and helm seat to starboard; plus matching forward and aft corner bench seats to seat 5 to 6 adults. Gas locker to the rear of the helm seat. Engine access below cockpit floors; this area is enclosed with hard top with sunroof windows, and new canvas doors.
AFT CABIN with fixed double berth running transversely across the hull, ample storage, dress mirror and deep hanging locker; 12v lighting, side and aft windows giving light and ventilation to this area. Aft berth en-suite heads has a manual sea toilet and wash hand basin.
REAR DECK, accessible port and starboard from the helm position/cockpit, this is a perfect place for socialising. Has fixed outdoor seating, canvas dodgers and a stern ladder.
BOW DECK has ample space with wide decks with stainless steel railings. Anchor is a through deck type with a manual windlass with chain locker below.
ENGINE is a Perkins 4236 sterndrive with a Borg Warner Gearbox (reconditioned in 2014) giving a total power of 85Hp. A Vetus Bow thruster was installed in 2009. Engine Professionally winterised and serviced every year.
