"Pilgrim II" is a beautiful widebeam built by Colecraft and professionally fitted out by Bath Narrowboats in 2008. We have lived on it for 10 years and have made small but careful improvements to make it ultra-liveable over the years.
It is for sale with its mooring on the idyllic Walthamstow Marshes moorings (managed by - but 1 mile south of - Springfield Marina) surrounded by nature and part of a close-knit community - but in the heart of Clapton in east London. As this mooring is managed by Springfield Marina you will have full use of the marina facilities including clubhouse, launderette, showers and toilets, as well as out-of-hours use of water point. Mooring fees for Pilgrim II's berth are approx. £450 per month / £5400 per year in 2022.
The hull was blacked and reported to be in good condition by Enfield Dock in November 2020. The Boat Safety Certificate is valid until March 2025. Above the waterline the boat was repainted from bare metal in 2017 and in August 2022 the paintwork will be professionally rust treated and re-touched. The aft deck has full cover with frame, less than 2 years old, good condition.
The sale of the boat on the mooring will be via Springfield Marina, who will make an additional 10% charge.
We will accept reasonable offers.
