Fenrir is a 52′ all steel, cruiser stern narrowboat built in 1985 by Gorton & Wilson. Propulsion is provided by a Beta Marine 38 which was fitted new in 2015. The large cruiser stern benefits form a pram cover and removable table. The layout is of the traditional type, so, entering from the stern takes you into the bedroom with fixed double bed that offers a generous amount of storage space underneath. Moving forward, next is the off corridor bathroom which features a Thetford cassette toilet, large ceramic handbasin, shower, underfloor heating and storage cupboards. Next is the ‘U’ shaped galley with solid oak worktops, painted cupboards, inset sink/drainer, 12v fridge, gas oven, grill and 4 burner hob. This then leads into the saloon with a freestanding bed settee and Morso solid fuel stove. Doors then lead out onto the front well deck which benefits from a Cratch cover. Further heating is provided by a Webasto Diesel unit. She has been blacked by us this year and is currently on hard standing.
