A wonderful and established community of boaters from diverse walks of life spanning several generations nestled between Regents Park & St Johns Wood.

- Accessed by Lisson Grove (NW8 8LB) & Regents Canal towpath
- Gated/semi private and home to approximately 50 boats
- 240v electricity hook up, mains water and phone line for broadband
- Respectful and interesting community with a strong social culture (opt in and out as preferred)
- Marylebone station is an 8 minute walk & St John's wood underground station 12-minute walk
- The mooring can accommodate a 52 feet vessel, subject to agreement by the Canal & River Trust

Mooring Transferability

The new owners of ELSE would have the mooring assigned to them by Canal & River Trust following purchase. All mooring holders at Lisson Wide have the right to re-assign their mooring to new boat owner. This means they have the right to rent the mooring in perpetuity and the right to pass on that right.

Mooring Fee's

£5,578 per annum if paid in one go or £516 PCM paid by D/D

The Boat

- Lister 2 stroke engine known for its reliability and well maintained over the years
- Good out of the water hull survey in December 2020
- Blacking & new anodes in December 2020
- New batteries in August 2020
- The mooring can accommodate a 52 feet vessel, subject to agreement by the Canal & River Trust

- Good sized back deck for cruising or table and chairs
- Large side access hatch (retrofitted 2018) to allow for bow and stern to be used for accomodation/storage
- A super king size raised bed with ample storage space underneath
- Bow conversion (2018) providing a bedroom/nook for (my then small!) daughter.

- Toilet / shower (has a holding tank, but currently running a compost)
- Outdoor terrace garden (currently decked in railway sleepers and housing a bath! but could be cultivated)
