Mooring Transferability
The new owners of ELSE would have the mooring assigned to them by Canal & River Trust following purchase. All mooring holders at Lisson Wide have the right to re-assign their mooring to new boat owner. This means they have the right to rent the mooring in perpetuity and the right to pass on that right.
