This Kelt 707 has been well meticulously maintained by the current owner and has a great inventory list.
Built in 1984 and owned since 1988 by the current owner, this Mono-Hull, GRP, sailing Yacht is now ashore and available for viewing.
With the added possibility of a Blakeney Harbour mooring with the sale, viewing is recommended.
Modifications:
The original internal ballast of resin encapsulated steel punchings in the stub keel and floor has been replaced by the same weight in resin encapsulated lead shot.
Roller reefing gear for the foresail has been added and the main sail slab reefing replaced by a single line reefing system that can all be operated from the cockpit.
Auxiliary power of outboard engine in the cockpit well has been replaced by an inboard diesel engine.
