Project Narrowboat for sale
Mangata is a 40ft Narrowboat built in 1979, steel hull with a timber top, engine is a Lister Sr2.
Stored on the hard since October 2019, due to being caught overseas through the pandemic I am now needing to sell her.
Survey May 2021 carried out by PJS Marine Surveys states:-
“good steel hull (though requiring some remedial work) but a greatly deteriorated superstructure…… there is no reason why “Mangata” could not be restored to a good, safe and comfortable standard, ready to be used and enjoyed for many years to come.”

Fully rewired throughout 12v & 240v with new RCD, New 1000w Inverter and 2 Solar Panels with new regulator 800w Petrol Generator
New Gas Hob & Oven
Macerator Toilet with large Grey Water Pump out Tank
Fire Extinguishers & Fire Blanket
Front & Back Covers were replaced in 2019 prior to being lifted
All paperwork from previous sale and maintenance including survey available for buyer
