full refurbished 15m steel yacht, this boat had all new paint, wiring, plumbing, engine and woodwork, all new rigging, i have been completely refurbishing the boat for the last 3 years. 75hp marine solutions diesel engine, 2 single in the v birth, 1 single 7ft in the small cabin, a double in the master cabin. the main cabin has 1 double and a single, there is full head height throughout the boat. masses of room the main cabin is some 10ft long and 12 ft across. with a built in storage unit to one side and the seating area to the other. step down to the galley, there is ample room here with the show v bunk and bedrooms to forward area.
most of the pictures are as I was doing things on the boat and are around 2 years old. the rigging and side rails have all been replaced with new. there are a number of survey inspections that I can supply all within the last 2 years. hull is 7mm steel and in very good condition cabin is galvanised with Jotun paint on top. I have solar to go onto the roof.

The boat is moored near Southend on sea airport 45 mins from London and would make an ideal live-aboard. the mooring is around £1200 PA also I would consider a part ex boat or property.

Construction

steel hull 7mm plate steel which was surveyed last year with no issues.

Equipment

simrad total scan, depth gauge, wind, navionics and such.. all new as are the supernova nav lights.

new create engine marine power solutions 12 hrs of use put in by a professional marine engineer last year.

Sails & Spars

used but in good condition all rigging secondhand which came with the mast lumar 46 winches all in good order.new main sheet traveler system. all the rigging was installed by rigging expert. most is less than a year or 2 old with not much use.
